About
We make the bloodwork you already have make sense.
Helm reads the blood tests your own doctor ordered, charts every marker across your last 3+ results, and explains what each number means — with every claim traceable to an authoritative source. We don't sell tests. We make sense of yours.
Why we built it
A single panel is a snapshot; your health is a trend. Most tools — and most rushed appointments — only ever show you one dot. The same value can be reassuring or worrying depending on the direction it's heading, and that context usually never reaches you. We built Helm to show the line, not just the dot, and to do it in plain language you can act on.
How we ground every claim
This is the part we care about most. Helm never emits an ungrounded medical claim. Before our AI explains a marker, it works from — and links back to — authoritative, public medical sources. You can click through to the source behind any explanation, and lifestyle and supplement guidance is tagged with an evidence tier so you can see how strong the backing is.

Wellness, not diagnosis
Helm is an educational wellness tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose. We hold an FDA General Wellness posture: we explain trajectories and general ranges, we don't hand down diagnostic verdicts. If we ever spot a value that may need prompt attention, we stop the optimization talk and tell you plainly to see a clinician now.
Built in the United States
Helm is a US-based company serving the United States only at launch. We apply a consumer health-data privacy standard to everyone, and your data is encrypted, isolated to your account, never sold, and never used to train AI models.
