Privacy
Your data is yours.
Your data is yours. We don't sell it, don't share it for advertising, and don't train AI models on it. Health data is encrypted, isolated to your account, and you can export or delete it anytime.
What we collect
Only what you give us to analyze: the blood-test files you upload, health data you choose to import (e.g. Apple Health, Health Connect), and the basic profile (age, sex) needed to interpret ranges responsibly. We don’t buy data about you or track you across the web.
What we never do
- We never sell your health data, and we never share it for advertising.
- We never train AI models on your health data.
- We don’t run advertising or analytics trackers on pages that contain your health information.
How it’s protected
Your health data is encrypted at rest, isolated to your account, and accessible only to you. We keep an internal audit log of access for your protection.
Your controls
You can export or permanently delete your data at any time. Deletion removes your files and derived analyses.
Where we operate
Helm currently serves the United States only. We follow the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and apply a consumer-health-data privacy standard (modeled on Washington’s My Health My Data Act) to all users.
This is a product summary, not the final legal policy. The binding privacy policy will be published before public launch.
